Riley insists that HoneyBuzz™ offer nut free recipes since so many of her friends have nut allergies.  That is how our BeeNutFree™ line of creams and lip butters was born.  Since your skin absorbs the oil and butter from creams and lip balms, products that contain nuts can cause allergic reactions just as foods that contain nuts can.

As with all HoneyBuzz, BeeNutFree™ recipes are handmade from all natural ingredients.  Our BeeNutFree™ moisturizers and lip balms do NOT contain almond oil or shea butter as found in our regular HoneyBuzz™ BeeRadiant™ products.  Shea butter is not considered a tree nut by the FDA, but it does come from the Karite tree, a nut tree in Africa, so we replace the shea butter with mango butter in our nut-free products.  We also substitute the almond oil in our original blends of HoneyBuzz™ BeeBrilliant™ with grapeseed oil. 

Our nut-free creams and lip butters still contain ample amounts of avocado oils, vegetable glycerin and vitamin E and make for great nut-free moisturizing.
